Raindrop Massage Technique

What is Raindrop Massage?

The Raindrop Technique® is a unique practice based on methods that have been used for centuries to rejuvenate the body and mind. The Raindrop Technique helps bring balance and harmony to the body by combining targeted massage and distinctive energy approaches. It also includes pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils to create an atmosphere of spirituality and serenity.

Raindrop Therapy combines aromatherapy, reflexology, and more to create a healing and cleansing massage. Raindrop technique is known for improving mental, physical, and emotional aspects of your life. The premise behind this massage therapy is that the use of specific antimicrobial oils applied in a particular sequence with various techniques will reduce the body’s inflammations and destroy any viral presence.

Raindrop boosts your immune system, and the oils travel to where they are needed. For more information on how this is possible, watch this video featuring Suzette Skidmore from Healing Solutions Inc:

Discovered through the research of D. Gary Young in the 1980s, Raindrop Therapy focuses on the application of a number of specific essential oils to various parts of the body through a combination of different techniques that are explained in the video above. What makes Raindrop Technique absolutely unique is the application of healing essential oils to the body.

What Are the Principal Oils Used in Raindrop Therapy, and what do they do?

There are 9 oils used during a Raindrop Massage. They are applied in specific order to gain maximum results.

Oregano

Oregano is a small, bushy plant that belongs to the mint family. You have probably used it in your culinary exploits, as it is a popular herb. To make the oils, Oregano leaves and stems are dried and then steam distilled to extract as many helpful compounds as possible from the plant.

Like Thyme, Oregano has the compounds, carvacrol and thymol. Oregano, reacting in a more aggressive manner than thyme, performs in much the same way in that it helps to stimulate the body’s immune system and balance the metabolism of the body. Moreover, its use should strengthen the vitality of the body. The following benefits can be seen from using Oregano essential oils:

  1. Fights bacteria

  2. Treating Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)
